We are thrilled to announce that the Youth Climate Justice Fund (YCJF) has been recognized with the 2025 EGA Risk Taker Award in the Visionary/Team category by the Environmental Grantmakers Association (EGA).

In August 2025, the UN Secretary-General’s Youth Advisory Group on Climate Change announced its third cohort, and we’re proud to celebrate four YCJF community members taking their place in this global initiative!

The 2025 Youth Climate Funding Study, conducted by the Youth Climate Justice Fund and ClimateWorks Foundation, shows that sustained, flexible support is critical to unlock their potential and build equitable, resilient communities.
